How to Initiate a Return & RMA Notice

RMA Requirement:You must contact our customer support team at Info@kidtramp.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the official returns address before shipping any items back to us. If you ship items back without a pre-approved RMA number, it may significantly prolong the processing time of your return. Please contact us to get the correct return instructions before shipping any package.

Send an email to Info@kidtramp.com with your active Order Number and a brief description of the items you wish to return.
Our support team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days and issue your unique RMA number along with exact return shipping instructions.
Securely pack the item, write the RMA number clearly on the outer shipping box (not on the product packaging itself), and ship it to the designated returns address provided by our team.
Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Who covers return shipping fees depends on the reason for your return:
Seller Responsibility (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items): If you receive an item that has visible material defects, transit damage, or if we accidentally sent the incorrect product, we assume full responsibility. For all products with quality issues, we are responsible for the return shipping fees and will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or coordinate a replacement parts shipment at no cost to you. You must report these issues within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the external packaging and product damage.
Buyer Responsibility (Change of Mind or Personal Preferences): If you decide you no longer need the item, ordered the wrong size (such as purchasing an incorrect trampoline replacement net or jumping mat diameter), or simply changed your mind, you are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and coordinating the carrier shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention

Post-Shipment Cancellations: If your cancellation request is received after 12 hours, or after the order has already entered the shipping phase with carrier tracking generated, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you must accept the delivery and initiate a standard return under this policy.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection: To protect our store and maintain fair prices for all customers, we reserve the right to refuse a return or reject a refund request if we encounter extreme cases of abuse.
